If you find yourself making a lot of short trips during the day, i.e. to and from the subway station, corner store, Starbucks, etc this scooter has excellent practical applications along with being good fun. The motor has plenty of power and excellent top end speed which is as advertised. You’ll find once you discharge and charge the batteries several times the power and range gets better. If you have big hills you need to traverse this scooter along with “most” electric scooters might not be the best choice. I learned the hard way after putting the 750EX against very steep hills to the point where the speed was at a crawl. When I took the GoPed750EX up a very steep hill I burned out something called brushes in the motor. However, after ordering a $25 part and investing about 20 min to replace the brushes the problem was fixed and lesson was learned. If you purchase an electric scooter and find your scooter in this situation then you should probably step off and walk your scooter until you get to the top of the hill. Regardless the 750EX has excellent power and range relative to other electric scooters. It is a bit on the heavy side given that there are many batteries packed into the footboard. This adds weight but also provides good range, a lower center of gravity and added stability. A plus to this scooter is that the power supply is integrated into the foot-bed. Meaning you don't have to deal with that block attached to the power cord. You can easily carry the power cord wherever you go. It is about four feet long and can be bungeed to the handlebars or post, you can stop at your local coffee shop and slyly plug it into the wall for a re-charge as you sip a latte. In summary, this scooter is excellent for practical use, fun assuming you are able to stay on flat ground and mild hills. If you have steep hills to traverse on a regular basis you may want to look into a gas powered scooter instead. – Skedaddle Staff

The first time out of the box you might find yourself turning the handlebars left to right and wondering why you're not going anywhere. After 5,10, 15 minutes you quickly get the hang of it. Within about 30 min to 1 hr you find that you are able to get consistant momentum. In otherwords there is a bit of a learning curve but you soon find there are a nearly infinate number of technices to get you rolling forward. I've had my Trikke Air for about one week now and I'm addicted. After a week of riding I estimate my top speed at about 20mph. It is a very fun ride and I can honestly say that the Trikke Air is exactly as advertisted. It's great fun, great transportation and an excellent full body workout. In my opinion a lot more fun than a cardio machine, running or riding a bike down the bike lane (yawn). - Skedaddle Staff

My GS-R150 arrived in good packing, it took about a couple of hours to put together and charge/install the battery, fill up with gas it started. I have been enjoying riding around the town try to breaking in the engine, changed the engine/transmission oil a couple of times. It has close to 600 miles so far and the engine is running smoother as it break-in. I had to replace some of the light bulbs. I am happy with it so far. I had lot of people gave the bike good comments and ask me how to get it and where to get it and the mileage /price etc. I am getting around 70/mpg so far and it will increase in the future. Brian the technician/ CSR at the Lance in LA and the Mike with Skedaddle was very co-operative with me answering question that I had initially. Overall I had a very good experience with this purchase. I will share more experiences later on.

Ordering parts; I wasn't going to email the nice folks I dealt with a thankyou cause I didn't want to worry them with an email, however, let me give you a review that will definitely be the gospel truth. I have never had a better experience than this one with Skedaddle. It was the closest thing to giving an order to santa claus and you know, deep in your heart, santa would not let you down.Ireceived the parts in a timely fashion and even the ups delivery man was interested in the service and a possibility of another scooter sale. I reccomended the company and said mini motors was part of this org. also.I will not give you the name of the individual who did all of the footwork for me,just go ahead and take my word for it that he will do the same for you. this man, if he doesn't already own part of the company, should.he is a definite asset. william cooper

I live in Florida and obviously gas prices are getting ridiculous. So I decided to look into alternative means of transportation. I window shopped for over 2 months on the internet and wound up purchasing over the phone on a Saturday from Skedaddle. I spoke to a guy (Micheal) who was nice and helpful. Obviously, no one will tell you there product is crap. I was nervous about the whole transaction and getting something completely wrong. I received my moped and it was great--the battery was low in charge. Bear in mind it sat in in crate and it is Chinese (Taiwanese), but it is close to $1,500 to $2,500 cheaper than anything you will buy from Japan at 150 CCs. After charging the battery with a 12 V charger (overnight) this little guy was ready to go. I purchased the title papers which came a few days after the moped ($30 or so), got it registered and now ride to the train station everyday. I am breaking in the engine, but it has hit 50 mph--no problems. If you are looking to move around town and commute in clement whether. You came to the right place to receive a product that will function. They'll prep it for you and get it ready to go. If for the sake of argument your moped seems to not want to start and feels like it is dying when you receive it and try to start it. Don't panic!!! Get a 12 V charger, pull the battery, charge it overnight, put it back in and go. For the price and the fact that they set it up for you, the 12 V charger is worth it. A regular dealership will charge you $150. Charger $36, not paying for an insane amount of gas--priceless These guys did a great job...I love it

I purchased my 150 GS-R Lance last june or july after searching the web for acouple of years waiting for a scooter with all the "bells and whistles".I found it.It has taken me approx 6months to break it in properly at the speeds listed in the handbook. it has paid off hamsomely in terrific mileage. at 40 mph for a 40 mile roundtrip last week,I filled it to the bottom of the place in the tank, the strap across the neck, and eased 3/10 of a gallon in. figure that out. there was no traffic because it was sunday morning and no one around me is out joyriding with gas expense. Normally I drive wide open at 8000 rpms and dont get that type of mileage, however it is very good.I live approx 20 miles from anywhere.Iam on the highway 90% of the time.I drive with 42 lbs of air front and rear,Iam 72 years young,a former marine,I only have a right leg that I can call my own,I weigh 205 presently.the shocks dont need adjusting for me. did I leave anything out?strange things happen every once in a while like it not starting when it's on the side stand.I believe it is because the gas can't get to the carb.if you then put ito n the center stand and wait a couple minutes,it'll start..p.s. I do have a left artificial leg and Iam a very positive person about what I can do or cant do.there ain't no can't! if anyone is missing a limb and needs convincing,I'd be happy to assist them in making IT happen.
